Privacy Policy of BMA
BMA does keep your data confidential. For the processing of your usage
of our site it is necessary that some of your user data, especially
your name and emailadress, will be stored by BMA.
§ 1
With visiting this site you agree that BMA stores and uses your
personal data to the extent which is legally required and allowed by
german law here (see §2 of our privacy policy). You, the user, can
withdraw your permission to save your data in future at any time.
§ 2
The storage and usage of your personal data only takes place if BMA
does need to use your data to process your orders.(according to §14
Abs. 1 TMG).
Furthermore BMA is allowed to use and store userdata in order to enable
users to use BMA´s sites and to get into business with BMA (§15 Abs. 1
TMG).
Especially start, end and extent of use, informations which are
suitable to identify a user and information about the telemedia which
have been used by the user belong to these data which are permitted by
the TMG here.
§ 3
The user may finish the usage of BMA and or this site at any time. The
stored data, if there are any, will be immediately deleted when the
user finishes his usage of this site. In case that a user doesn´t use
BMA/this site with his current logindata(in case there are any), for 2
years, BMA will delete these customerdata automatically. Furthermore
any user may request at any time that BMA shall delete his personal
data immediately. This includes also the request to delete or
deactivate the corresponding user account, if there is any.
§ 4
BMA is allowed to generate a userprofile containing the above described
data. This userprofile will be anonym or under a pseudonym as the
german law doesn´t allow else. BMA is not allowed to combine the
pseudonym with informations that are suitable to identify the
corresponding user. The user has the right to request information about
which information and data is stored under his pseudonym, according to
§34 Bundesdatenschutzgesetz.
